We explore how completing Career and Technical Education programs and certificates are related to college and workforce outcomes. We also conducted interviews in two large urban high schools to learn more about the implementation of Career and Technical Education. Our findings can be useful to state and school district leaders focused on expanding participation in and the benefits of Career and Technical Education in Nevada and around the country. RAND Educ
