Its primary goal is to provide technical assistance and accelerate policy dialogue to help lower-income host countries transition towards fully including refugee children in their national education systems. By supporting host governments, INSPIRE aims to ensure that refugee children attend schools that are part of the host country’s national public system, funded through government channels, and attended by both refugee and host communi
