It is intended to inform workforce development and talent hiring and retention strategies. The insights in this report will support policymakers in understanding youth priorities when crafting policy, taking legislative action, and engaging with the public on environmental and sustainability issues. This report analyzes the findings from a comprehensive survey of 5,100 youth aged 16 to 24 across 21 countries. The majority (83%) of youth surveyed live in the Global South (see definition on page 10).
