We expect it to reshape these interactions even further in 2025. More than a quarter of Europeans believe generative AI will significantly impact their personal lives in the next year.2 However, for it to really succeed, it needs to move beyond chat interfaces and embed itself into everyday services. Platforms like Duolingo3 and Spotify4 are already enhancing user experiences with AI-driven features that feel almost futuristic.
