Table with more detailed questions for labor market analysis 41 5BackgroundIn the context of the Evolution Roadmap, the World Bank’s core diagnostics have been revamped to support a new knowledge agenda, enhancing their capacity to inform country engagement, shape local and global policy debates, and improve the quality of WBG’s operations. The Poverty and Equity Assessment (PEA) 3.0 is a core country diagnostic that deliv-ers deep analytical insights in an accessible and standardized format, enabling cross-country comparisons and benchmarking, while providing granular policy rec-ommendations. As one of the five World Bank core diagnostics, the PEA is an integral analytical piece that embeds a poverty and distributional lens into the World Bank’s engagement (see figure 1).Figure 1.
