A cash dividend of 0.4279 yuan per share (inclusiveof tax) will be distributed to all shareholders. As of December 31, 2025, the Company had a total sharecapital of 2,804,241,650 shares, based on which the estimated total cash dividend distribution amountsto 1,199,935,002.04 yuan (inclusive of tax).The plan is yet to be submitted to the general meeting for deliberation. The amount that is actuallydistributed will be subject to the notification on equity distribution published by the Company.
