Perhaps this explains why the 2,000 business leaders we surveyed have ambitious plans for the widespread adoption of AI over the course of this year.While the promise is great, it is hard to deny that we are about to enter a period of significant disruption to the way we work. For companies, the way talent is hired, trained and retained will change forever.
