The technology assessment of agrivoltaics for controlled-environment crop production in Seychelles was prepared by the Technology, Innovation and Knowledge Development Branch of UNCTAD, in collaboration with the Division of Science, Technology and Innovation (DSTI), Ministry of Investment, Entrepreneurship and Industry (MIEI) of Seychelles. The UNCTAD team was led by Liping Zhang (project leader and Section Chief), Michael Lim (project officer), Ruslan Rakhmatullin and Matteo Ramina under the guidance of Angel Gonzalez Sanz, Head of Branch.UNCTAD worked closely with DSTI, and the assessment would not have been possible without this collaboration. Cynthia Alexander (Director General) was the focal point for the assessment in DSTI. Her team included Susan Ambetsa, Dorea Banane, Jessica Dunienville, Raffaello Rotolo and Josephraj Xavier.The UNCTAD team gratefully acknowledges the substantive contributions from Xavier Estico, as well as Cynthia Alexander and her team.High-level officials in the Government of Seychelles supported the assessment process through their participation in various meetings.
