Among these economies, Saudi Arabia is set to reap the greatest share, accounting for 42% of the total AI revenues, followed by the UAE at 30%, and Egypt at 13%.The policy environment for AI in MENA countries is maturing, with nine states in the region ratifying national AI strategies. While the sophistication of AI technologies varies across countries and sectors, notable steps toward wider integration in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Qatar, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, and Egypt are being made.Egypt is phasing AI to diverse sectors in alignment with the four pillars outlined in its AI strategy.
